- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
- 1 (29 oz.) can cling peach halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
- 1 (29 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 10 maraschino cherries, drained
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain pineapple and reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of juice.

3Put all fruit on paper towels so fruit is dry.

4Arrange pineapple, peaches, apricots and pears in 2-quart casserole, then top with cherries.
