- 2 c. uncooked grits
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 4 oz. chopped chilies
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Cook grits according to package directions in 8 cups of water. Mix in other ingredients.

2Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.

3Serves 14.
