- 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.

2Gently fold in the oranges.

3Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds.

4Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
