  • 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions

    In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.

    Gently fold in the oranges.

    Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
