Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken (cut into cubes)
  • 2 Bell peppers any color (cut into cubes)
  • 2 medium size Onion ( cut into cubes)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes(cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Yougurt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    In a bowl take yoghurt and add all ingredients together mix them well.

    Now marinate chicken and all vegetables together for 1/2 hour.

    Now set chicken and vegetables into skewers first insert chicken piece then bell pepper then onion and then tomato repeat the same way with all skewers

    Now put these skewers into pre heated oven and bake for 20 min.Now apply olive oil with brush after 20minuts turn on grill for 5 min for golden color.

    It's done serve with salads,egg fried rice Or dips
