  • plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying)
  • CARAMEL SAUCE
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or 3 tablespoons Cointreau liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1/2 cup cream
