- 1/2 tsp. jam or preserves
Directions

1Open biscuits and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

2Cut a cross on the top of each biscuit.

3Make an indentation in the center and fill with 1/2 teaspoon jam or preserves.

4Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

5Top with another 1/2 teaspoon jam.

6Serve hot.
