  • 3 pkg. corned beef, chopped
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 8 oz. shredded American cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise

    Rinse and drain sauerkraut, then mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Great with small party rye bread or crackers.
