  • 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried chipped beef, shredded
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • crackers

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine cream cheese and milk.

    Blend until smooth.

    Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, pepper and ginger.

    Fold in sour cream.

    Pour into baking dish. Saute nuts in butter until thoroughly glazed.

    Sprinkle nuts over beef mixture.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot with crackers.
