  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. extra hot ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans with liquid
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Brown meat and 1/4 cup of onions in skillet or chafing dish. Stir in ketchup, chili powder and salt.

    Mash in beans and heat thoroughly.

    Garnish with cheese, olives and 1/4 cup onion.
