- 3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked ziti (short tube-shaped pasta)
- Cooking spray
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

3Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well.

4Place pasta in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 23 minutes or until set. Cut into fourths. Serve immediately.
