  • 3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked ziti (short tube-shaped pasta)
  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

    Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well.

    Place pasta in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 23 minutes or until set. Cut into fourths. Serve immediately.
