- 3 lb. pickling cucumbers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 heads fresh dill
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 3 tsp. salt substitute
Directions

1Wash cucumbers.

2Pack into sterilized jars.

3Place 1/2 clove garlic and 1 head dill in each jar.

4Heat vinegar, water, and salt substitute in saucepan, until boiling.

5Cover cucumbers with hot liquid, leaving 1/2 inch head space.

6Adjust lids.

7Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.

8Allow 5 days to ripen.
