Ingredients

  • 12 ounces crisp hard cider
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 or 3 dashes bitters

Directions

    In a small saucepan, heat cider and bourbon until almost boiling.

    Remove from heat and add bitters.

    Pour into insulated mug and add a cinnamon stick. Breathe in steam between sips.
