- 18 hot banana peppers (both red and green)
- 1 pt. dark cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
Directions

1Grind and drain peppers.

2Combine all ingredients in large pot.

3Boil 20 minutes.

4Make a paste with 3/4 cup flour and the juice from the peppers.

5Add to the hot pepper mixture.

6Stir until thick.

7Pour into pint jars and seal.

8Yields 4 pints.
