- 1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.

2Put half of this in bottom of casserole dish.

3Save other for top.

4Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.

5Then top with remainder of stuffing mix.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
