  • 1 can large pears, drained
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 large jar apricot preserves
  • 1/3 c. vermouth
  • macaroons or lemon cookies

Directions

    Mix preserves and vermouth together and pour over fruit. Top with crushed macaroons or lemon cookies. Heat in 350° oven until it bubbles. Serves 8 to 10.
