- 1 quart Yellow Mustard
- 1 quart Red Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 clove garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cup flour
Directions

1In blender chop peppers and vinegar together till well chopped.

2Add to sugar, yellow mustard, garlic, and salt.

3Bring to a boil, cooking about 5 minutes.

4Mix 1 1/2 -2 cups flour with enough water to make it pourable.

5Add to hot mixture gradually to avoid lumping mixing well.

6Transfer to jars and seal.

7Yeilds 8-9 pints.
