  • 40 each Peppers (take out seeds
  • 1 quart Yellow Mustard
  • 1 quart Red Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 6 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 6 clove garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cup flour

Directions

    In blender chop peppers and vinegar together till well chopped.

    Add to sugar, yellow mustard, garlic, and salt.

    Bring to a boil, cooking about 5 minutes.

    Mix 1 1/2 -2 cups flour with enough water to make it pourable.

    Add to hot mixture gradually to avoid lumping mixing well.

    Transfer to jars and seal.

    Yeilds 8-9 pints.
