- Tabasco sauce

1For each cup of large pecans, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in shallow pan.

2Spread evenly in bottom of pan.

3Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

4Stir several times.

5Mix 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 or 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce into the toasted nuts.

6Pack into jars with tight lids.

7Will keep 4 to 5 weeks if tightly covered.
