- 2 doz. green peppers, chopped up
- 6 hot peppers *
- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. prepared mustard
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Boil vinegar, water, salt and sugar together for 5 minutes. Mix mustard and flour in a large bowl until smooth.

2Pour vinegar into mustard and stir.

3Add peppers and cook 10 minutes.

4Ready to eat or can.

5Makes 10 pints.
