  • 2 doz. green peppers, chopped up
  • 6 hot peppers *
  • 2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Boil vinegar, water, salt and sugar together for 5 minutes. Mix mustard and flour in a large bowl until smooth.

    Pour vinegar into mustard and stir.

    Add peppers and cook 10 minutes.

    Ready to eat or can.
