  • 1 gal. hot peppers
  • 1 pt. Wesson oil
  • 32 oz. ketchup
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil peppers for 3 minutes.

    Drain and pack in jars.

    Boil Wesson oil, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and salt for 30 minutes.

    Pour over peppers; cover and seal.
