- 18 large green bell peppers
- 9 hot red peppers
- 9 cloves garlic
- 9 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 6 c. water
Directions

1Cut bell peppers into thin strips and pack into pint jars. In each jar, add one red pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 teaspoon dill seed.

2Combine salt, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and pour over peppers.

3Seal.

4Let stand a few weeks before serving.
