Hot Pineapple Salad

  • 1 large can chunk pineapple
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 6 Tbsp. reserved juice
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Drain and save juice from both cans of pineapple.

    Mix reserved juice, flour and sugar; add to the pineapple and mix. Pour in a medium Pyrex dish.

    Grate cheese; sprinkle over pineapple.

    Mix crackers and butter and put on top of the cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
