  • 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 16 slices cocktail-sized pumpernickel bread

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; mix well.

    Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese mixture on each bread slice.

    Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
