- 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Provolone cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 16 slices cocktail-sized pumpernickel bread
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; mix well.

2Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese mixture on each bread slice.

3Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
