- scant c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 4 to 5 cinnamon sticks
- 2 c. water

3Put cloves and cinnamon in filter basket.

6You could probably use a crock-pot and put the cinnamon and cloves in a cheese cloth or tea holder.
