  • 1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef, chopped fine
  • 1 c. sauerkraut, drained and snipped into small pieces
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Place in small casserole dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

    Serve with cocktail rye bread or rye crackers.
