  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • garlic bits (fresh)
  • pepper (ground fresh)
  • 1 loaf crusty French bread

Directions

    Bake Kefalotiri in olive oil at 300° in the oven until the cheese is stringy like Mozzarella on a pizza.

    Take out of oven; add garlic bits and fresh ground pepper.

    Use French bread to dip in the melted cheese as if you were eating a fondue.
