  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. warm milk
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 5 c. flour or more
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water, 1 cup.

    Add flour.

    Mix 1 cup at a time until climbs up in beaters.

    Knead to center until thick. Turn over and put into greased bowl.

    Let rise 1 hour.

    Make into rolls.

    Let rise 1 hour.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
