- 5 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soft oleo
- 1 1/2 c. hot tap water
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Stir well to blend.

2Add oleo and hot tap water.

3Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.

4Scrape sides of bowl occasionally. Add eggs and 1 cup flour.

5Beat with electric mixer for 1 or 2 minutes until thick and elastic.

6Gradually stir in just enough remaining flour with wooden spoon to make a soft dough which leaves the side of bowl.

7Turn out on a floured board.

8Knead for 5 to 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
