Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.

2Add oil, salt, hot water and sugar.

3Stir and add 1 1/2 cups flour; mix well and add egg.

4Add remaining flour to make soft dough.

5Put into greased bowl.

6Cover and allow to rise twice.
-
7Make into rolls.
-
8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

9Brush with butter.
-
10(May punch down and put in refrigerator and allow to rise about 2 hours.)
