Ingredients

  • 4 c. very warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar, stir in water
  • 2 pkg. yeast, sprinkle over top and let set 5 minutes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 heaping tsp. salt
  • flour

Directions

    Mix and knead until not sticky.

    Let rise 1 hour.

    Punch down and make into rolls or bread and let rise until double (about 1 hour).

    Bake rolls 20 to 30 minutes.

    Bake loaves about 40 to 60 minutes.
