- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. oleo
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 7 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water; set aside.

2Melt oleo in 1 cup boiling water.

3Add sugar, then 1 cup cold water.

4Add eggs; mix well.

5Stir in yeast mixture; mix well and set aside.

6In large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

7Add yeast mixture; blend well.

8Knead in bowl.

9Store dough in covered, greased bowl in refrigerator.

10Make rolls as desired.

11Let rise about 2 hours or doubled in bulk.

12Dough keeps 3 days in refrigerator.

13Bake at 350° until brown.
