- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
- 6 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soft shortening
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Add sugar and beaten eggs.

3Stir dry milk into 3 cups of flour.

4Add flour mixture to first mixture and beat until smooth.

5Add salt and soft shortening.

6Add remaining flour until soft dough is formed.

7Turn dough onto floured surface; cover with greased bowl and let rest 10 minutes.

8Knead dough until smooth.

9Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and shape into rolls.

10Grease tops with oleo and let rise one-half hour.

11Bake rolls at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes.
