  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 5 to 6 c. flour

Directions

    Heat the milk, Crisco, sugar and salt; add the yeast and dissolve it in the mixture.

    Add the flour and knead it a little. Put in a greased pan and let rise until double in size.

    Work it down by kneading it, pinch into rolls.

    Place on a greased pan and let rise again.
  5. 5
    Cook at 400° until done or golden brown.
