  • 1 lb. ground meat or sausage (Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel mix, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Pace picante sauce (hot)

Directions

    Cook the ground meat or sausage, then drain off the grease. Then cook Velveeta cheese, Ro-Tel and picante sauce together on slow simmer until cheese melts.
