  • 15 to 20 Roma tomatoes
  • 10 jalapeno/Habanero peppers (5 each or more)
  • 1 bunch green onions and bulk
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 limes
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 bunches cilantro
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 white onion

Directions

    Chop tomatoes with food chopper. Mince peppers with food chopper. Slice green onion very finely. Mince garlic and cilantro. Chop 1/2 white onion with food chopper. Squeeze limes and lemon into mixture. Add salt to taste. Mix all together. Refrigerate. Serve with chips of your choice.
