Ingredients
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 c. Milnot
- 2 c. chicken or tuna
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 8 slices bread, trimmed
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. crushed potato chips
- 3 Tbsp. slivered almonds (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In small saucepan blend soup, flour and onions and 3/4 cup Milnot.

2Cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil (stir constantly to prevent scorching).

3Remove from heat, stir in chicken and pimento.

4Spread in 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan. Chill until thick.

5Cut in 4 squares and place on each of 4 slices of bread, top with other bread.

6Cut in halves or quarters.

7Beat eggs and remaining Milnot together.

8Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, then in potato chips.

9Sprinkle with almonds.

10Place on greased cookie sheet, bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
