- 12 to 15 tomatoes
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. (15 to 20) jalapenos
- cumin
- salt
- chili powder
- garlic salt
- dry mustard
Directions

1Boil tomatoes for 2 to 3 minutes; rinse with cold water and remove peels.

2Boil peeled tomatoes, vinegar and 1/2 cup water for 1 hour or until desired softness.

3Mash tomatoes; add onion and jalapenos and spices.

4Pour in pint jars and seal.

5Makes 3 pints.
