- 3 cans (16 oz. each) of a combination of: cling peaches, pineapple chunks, apricot halves, pear halves
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. curry
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Directions

1Drain canned fruits.

2Cut peach halves in two pieces. Arrange fruits in a 2 qt. shallow casserole dish.

3Mix together sugar, cinnamon, molasses, ginger, curry and butter.

4Dot fruit with small dabs of topping.

5Heat fruit at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Good with ham or chicken.
