  • 3 cans (16 oz. each) of a combination of: cling peaches, pineapple chunks, apricot halves, pear halves
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. curry
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened

    Drain canned fruits.

    Cut peach halves in two pieces. Arrange fruits in a 2 qt. shallow casserole dish.

    Mix together sugar, cinnamon, molasses, ginger, curry and butter.

    Dot fruit with small dabs of topping.

    Heat fruit at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Good with ham or chicken.
