- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk or half and half
- 1/2 c. liquid from spinach
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese spread
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed; drain, saving 1/2 cup of the liquid. Melt butter.

2Add flour; stir well.

3Add onion and cook until soft.

4Add milk and spinach liquid; add seasoning and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.

5Add spinach and blend well.

6Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole and heat until hot throughout and starts to brown around edges.

7This dish can be made ahead of time and heated when ready to serve.
