Hot Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 4 c. Pepperidge Fram herb stuffing mix
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

    Cook spinach, drain and squeeze out liquid or let thaw and drain.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Freeze or refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 300° for 30 minutes until golden brown.

    May also freeze after cooking.
