- 2 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. hash browns
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Press crescent rolls into a 9 x 13-inch pan for crust. Add sausage on crust; mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over crust. Pour hash browns over this. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
