- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 lb. hot Mexican-style Velveeta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Over medium heat in a medium saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender, but not brown.

2Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until all the cheese has melted.

3Transfer to a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Serve with tortilla chips.
