Hot Spinach Dip

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 lb. hot Mexican-style Velveeta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Over medium heat in a medium saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender, but not brown.

    Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until all the cheese has melted.

    Transfer to a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
