  • 8 c. sliced potatoes or 4 cans Butterfields sliced potatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cut up
  • 1/2 c. olives, cut up

Directions

    Mix everything together, except for olives and place in baking dish.

    Put olives on top.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
