- 8 c. sliced potatoes or 4 cans Butterfields sliced potatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cut up
- 1/2 c. olives, cut up
Directions

1Mix everything together, except for olives and place in baking dish.
