  • 1 large Bag tortilla chips
  • 1 large Red onion
  • 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can Rotel, drained
  • 1 packages Shredded chedder cheese

    Brown ground beef and onion and drain.

    Set aside.

    Mixed together Rotel and soup.

    Crush chips slightly.

    Layer chips on bottom of a deep casserole dish.

    Ground beef mixture next, cheese and then soup mixture last.

    Repeat layers ending in chip layer.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly
