  • 3 gal. green tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 gal. onions, chopped in hunks
  • 1 qt. hot green peppers (some red for color)
  • 1/4 c. crushed red pepper
  • 3 pt. vinegar
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Cook long enough to change color.
