Hot Tuna Biscuits

  • 2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Pat each biscuit into a thin 4-inch oval.

    Arrange half of biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.

    In a small bowl, mix tuna, cheese and mayonnaise.

    Spoon on biscuits on cookie sheet.

    Top with remaining biscuits.

    With fingers, press edges together.

    Bake sandwiches 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Makes 10 sandwiches.
