- 2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Pat each biscuit into a thin 4-inch oval.

3Arrange half of biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.

4In a small bowl, mix tuna, cheese and mayonnaise.

5Spoon on biscuits on cookie sheet.

6Top with remaining biscuits.

7With fingers, press edges together.

8Bake sandwiches 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Makes 10 sandwiches.
