- 1 can tuna fish
- 2 tsp. fat-free mayo
- onion
- celery
- grated carrots
- 2 pocket bread
- 4 oz. fat-free cheese
Directions

1Mix tuna fish, mayo, onion, celery and grated carrots together.

2Just use as much onion, celery and grated carrots as you like.

3Stuff into pocket bread and put 1 ounce fat-free cheese (I like Swiss) in each pocket.

4Bake at 375° for about 5 to 10 minutes.

5Cut pocket bread in half.

6Makes 4 good size pockets.
