- 4 to 5 lb. chicken wings
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle Durkee hot sauce
Directions

1Combine margarine, garlic salt and hot sauce and let simmer while cooking wings.

2Deep fry wings and drain.

3Coat wings with sauce thoroughly.

4Put on cookie sheet.

5Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes; preheat oven.

6Serve with celery and Blue cheese dressing.
