  • 4 to 5 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle Durkee hot sauce

Directions

    Combine margarine, garlic salt and hot sauce and let simmer while cooking wings.

    Deep fry wings and drain.

    Coat wings with sauce thoroughly.

    Put on cookie sheet.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes; preheat oven.

    Serve with celery and Blue cheese dressing.
