- 10 to 12 chicken wings, divided
- deep fryer with oil

2Add cut up chicken wings and fry until they're done and floating.

3In small saucepan heat butter and hot sauce until barely bubbling.

4When wings are done, take them directly to hot sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, then serve.
