  • 550ml water
  • 9pcs hotate(clams),washed & cleaned
  • 4-5tbsp kanesa shiro miso
  • 1tbsp hondashi
  • spring onion,sliced thinly
  • wakame(different form of seaweed)
  • ingre b (optional):few drop of ryori sake(japanese cooking wine)
  • few drop of mirin(japanese sweet wine)

Directions

    1)bring water to boil.add kanesa shiro miso & mix well.add hondashi.

    2)finally add hotate,wakame,& small amount of ingredients b.boil for another 1-2minutes.

    3)sprinkle some spring onion on top & Hotate Miso Soup is ready to be served.
