- 9pcs hotate(clams),washed & cleaned
- 4-5tbsp kanesa shiro miso
- 1tbsp hondashi
- spring onion,sliced thinly
- wakame(different form of seaweed)
- ingre b (optional):few drop of ryori sake(japanese cooking wine)
- few drop of mirin(japanese sweet wine)
Directions

11)bring water to boil.add kanesa shiro miso & mix well.add hondashi.

22)finally add hotate,wakame,& small amount of ingredients b.boil for another 1-2minutes.

33)sprinkle some spring onion on top & Hotate Miso Soup is ready to be served.
