- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn small
- 1 c. red cabbage, shredded thin
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 c. alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 small red onion, cut in thin rings
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. blond raisins
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
Directions

1Place in a salad bowl in the order given all ingredients, except tomatoes.

2Cut the ripe tomatoes in wedges; place on top of salad.
